Megan Toft

Megan Toft is an accomplished professional dancer whose career spans live television, international tours, theatre, and film. Since graduating from Wilkes Academy, she has built an impressive portfolio of high-profile credits, combining elite technical training with extensive real-world performance experience.

Her work includes performing alongside global artists such as Little Mix and Rita Ora on UK and international tours, as well as appearances on major televised events including The Greatest Dancer (Live Finalist), Dancing On Ice (2024 Finals), and Soccer Aid. Megan has also expanded into screen work, featuring in House of Guinness (Netflix, Season 1).

Beyond performance, Megan has developed strong choreography credentials, working as an assistant to Paul Domaine on productions for P&O Cruises (Astonishing and Festival) and Butlin’s (Stephen Mulhern Spectacular). Her theatre experience includes professional pantomimes at leading venues such as the Regent Theatre (Stoke), Waterside Theatre (Aylesbury), and His Majesty’s Theatre (Aberdeen).

At Defy Gravity, Megan brings this elite-level industry experience directly into the studio. Her classes focus on performance quality, precision, and professionalism, giving students a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in the commercial dance industry.
