Each new month sees a brand new class introduced to the timetable. This session aims to keep motivation high while avoiding fitness plateau that sometimes happens when doing the same exercise week in week out.
So far we have featured classes such as Thai-bo, Kettle bells and Pilates. We have more classes planned such as Boxercise, Circuit training, Bootcamp and more... watch this space.
