Circuit training Timetable

This class changes style every 4 weeks to avoid Fitness plateau. Each month is different it could be  Thai-bo, Circuits, Bootcamp, Kettle bell workout, HIIT, Pilates- we listen to our members and cater to their needs

Throughout October 2014 this will be Circuit Training

This is a 4 week course every Monday at 6pm-6.45pm commencing on Mon 8th Sept and is £15 for the course or £5 a session if you cannot attend every week.
Learn some of the hottest steps from Strictly Come Dancing so that you can dance just like a Strictly star and get fit and have fun at the same time!
